2000 solara always had p0441 p0446 codes. Confirmed vsv valve at canister was not miving with power applied. Replaced same and cleared code. P0441 came back. Found fuel filler neck had small sensor tube that is welded to fuel filler neck was rusted 3/4 thru. Epoxied over rusted area making sure tube still had air into fuel filler. Vacuum check of fuel filler good now. Cleared code. Evap test finally went complete with no code.
just though id pass this along as something to look into if yoi have a evap issue. Third time for tube fuel fill was cause if evap for me. Happened on my 02 explorer and 99 taurus.
