Default Cooling fans not working

I have a 1994 Camry with a 2.2 4 cylinder and the cooling fans have stopped working so it overheats. Is this just a fan relay switch that is burned out or something else?

If the car has an A/C turn it on, the fans should also come on.

Find the radiator temp switch for the fans located at the bottom of the radiator. Pull off the electrical plug, the fans should come on. If they do, this temp switch is bad.

Check the RDI and CDS Fan fuses.

If they do, this temp switch is bad.
S/B "If they DON"T", this switch is bad.
