Default I need help- '02 camry wont start

I currently have a 2002 Toyota camry that was involved in a front end collision a few months ago. The car has been parked, but I recently began repairing the hood, front head light, and fender. I replaced the battery on the car, but when I stuck the key in the ignition, the car didn't start. The only lights that come up are the airbag and check engine light. No other lights appear on the dashboard and the car doesn't even crank. All I hear is the "ding-ding" noise made when the key is in the ignition. Also I notice that the gear shifter seems to be stuck in park and It only shifts if I manually release the shifter. How can I get the car started? Can anyone please help me out that might have an idea what the problem is?

Default

my thought is
check all the engine bay fuses and relays

the check engine light could be anything in the engine bay

air bag warning
if the air bag didnt deploy might be seat belt restraint fault code
