I have either a 10 or 15% military discount at NAPA. I'll stop over there to see if they have the cheaper sensor in stock. The tech didn't mention this one the other day. Hopefully, they can get it. Otherwise, I'll order the ebay one.

The auto and stick trans use different sensors. Find your sensor from the photos and info at the link below:

Yes, the gear slides into the hole in the sensor body tube and is retained by a clip at the top of the sensor body tube that engages a grove in the gear shaft.
