2010 camry le 4cyl. had it for 4 months and put on 4k miles. noticed our maint reqd light flashes at startup. it does go off though. i dont drive car much so i am not sure if this is normal. does the maint reqd light always flash at startup? will it stay lit up when i hit 5k miles?

 

It may be starting to flash as the mileage becomes closer to 5K as a reminder. The light should stay light once 5K is reached but can be reset by the owner. The cars owners manual should have something on this.
