Unhappy New Alt, new fuses No Charge..

I just recently got my 2007 Camry back, 4 cylinder, Auto. I drove it back to where i live from where the car was (roughly 4 hours) i then drive the car for 2 days and suddenly started having charging issues, the alternator was only just over a year old but i limped my car to the auto parts store and replaced the Alt in the parking lot. i finished up and got a jump start and the car still wasn't charging! i replaced the 7.5 Alt Fuse and the big 120 amp Alt fuse with no luck. still no charge, had the new alt tested off of the car at 3 separate stores and tested good at all 3. The car is now sitting in my garage and i am stumped, the wiring looks fine, i put new battery terminals on to make sure i had a good connection to the battery.. The only thing that has changed on the car right when i picked it up was i had a new double din stereo professionally installed and i re-installed my subwoofers, i disconnected power wire to the amp when i originally replaced the alt in the parking lot. Any ways i could use some help trouble shooting. Thanks in advance.

And another thing to mention is that the Battery light on the dash never came on during any of this. Although i know it works because the alternator went bad just over a year ago and the light worked, i put in a refurbished alt and bam it worked just fine.

The alt system uses the Gauge No 1, No 2, Alt-S fuses and 120A Alt fuses.

Check voltage at the battery terminals with engine at approx 2000 rpm. Should be around 14.5-15.3v.

How large is your stereo system? Its possible that a large stereo will draw enough amps to cause battery charging issues at lower engine RPM's (around town driving).
