Default Odd Starter/ignition problem

hey guys..

i have a 94 camry 4cylinder LE.

its a good car. i cant complain.

but lately.. and ive noticed this much more since its been colder something weird is happening.

i will get in, put the key in the ignition, and turn it to start it and nothing will happen. like nothing. if i try again, it might not turn, but if i keep trying it turns over and starts up. normally when its warmed up it does not do this.

additionally when it starts sometimes it starts like its not getting a full load from the battery, then it will turn over another few times and its like something catches and its getting full load from battery and turning over great and starting.

soo my question is, what do you think it is? is it my starter going out? is it something in the ignition switch? alternator? (i dont think its that but who knows)

please all advice would be welcomed. im not a grease monkey, but if i can figure otu whats wrong im pretty good at fixing things.

Could be battery, battery cable connections, starter. I'd clean battery connections first. From battery to starter. If that does not improve I'd get a load test done on a fully charged battery. After that get starter checked.
