Please Help!!! Ignition problem 2007 Camry
Previousely a buddy of mine tried to hook up a remote start in my car that didnt work. I had a wire tapped into a very thick black wire under the dash. Today I unhooked the remote start and was in need of a 12V power source so I hooked my new wire to this "thick black wire" I forgot to tape it off and when I went to tuck the wire it contacted metal and caused a spark. Now my car will not start. The radio, keyless entry, windows, and 12V outlets all work. When I turn the key the clock dims and the radio turns off for a second but nothing happens. I also noticed that when I have the key on none of the lights light up on the instrument panel other than the door open light. I checked the small fuses under the dash that had anything to do with ECU, ignition, or starter with no luck all of the fuses were OK. The fuse box under the hood looked good as well I checked all of those. There are two circuit board looking fuses that I cannot seem to pull out I havent been able to get those out to check them.
Is there any in line fuses I should be looking for, and how do I get the big circuit board looking fuses out to check.
