problem with starting

I have a 96 Toyota Camry LE V6 eng.
the problem start with the car just clicking and would not start at all. I found out the problem for that it was the bat. it was dirty. Now when i turn the key it takes 5-10 seconds before it trys to start and it sound like it doesn't want to start and then start but idles rather low between 750 on 1000. Please help...

Might be the Intake Air Control valve (IAC) needs cleaning. Controls idle speed.

A Google search will produce many hits on cleaning the IAC valve.

The engine model is a 1MZ-FE
