Random Stalling....
My mother has a 2001 Camry with the 4 cyclinder. Every so often maybe once or twice a month, the car will feel like its missing or over fueling and stall out. If you catch the car "missing" you can rev the car and avoid stalling. This problem usually occurs after driving on a highway and once you drive off the highway for a few miles it tries to stall. Once stalled it will simple start back up like normal and drive fine for a few weeks. The car isnt throwing a check engine light, and the ecu has no codes. Anyone have any ideas? I believe its sensor related, but i cannot pinpoint which one. Thanks.
first thing's first.... if you feel like its fuel delivery causing this, check your fuel lines and fuel filter ... then have ur injectors cleaned if none ov those is it, then check ur o2 sensor.. on a 5S-FE its the one sticking out right at you when u pop the hood open... lil bastard is hekka hard to work pull out and that's a guarantee!
