Sparks dancing between coil
#2
Best to replace coils.
Remove and inspect the coils for case cracking, carbon tracks, poorly installed plug wires, etc. Tracks are caused by arcing and will cause more arcing.
Clean off any oil, grime, dirt, etc. Sand off any tracks. Clean, clean then apply a good number of coats of high voltage insulation varnish. Basically a spray or brush on lacquer. An internet search will provide information and sources.
