Default 1991 Toyota camry 3sfe( Help)

Camry has has a miss and runs bad off and on for as long as I can remember. I have had it to 3 shops. I have replaced . Coil, mass air, plugs, wires, rotor cap, Now it just died and wont start. I have spark, and fuel, It just turns over, Not a timeing belt. Cylinder still moves up and down,. Any clues, Im pulling my hair out. Please help

Sometimes the belt belt teeth fail, the result is the belt slips out of adjustment. The engine still has spark but the timing if now wrong.

If you don't have a manual, pick up a Haynes manual and obtain a low cost VOM meter. The Autozone website also has info on the car.

Use the test data in the manual to various components such as the coolant temp sensor for the computer, cold start injector circuit, TPS, etc.
