Can I use Electrical Contact Cleaner to clean MAF Sensor.

I live in Cambodia and Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner is just not available here.

Can I use non-residue Electrical Contact Cleaner?
What are my options?

Electrical cleaner is safe and perhaps the same thing.

When cleaning. You want the fluid to drip off the sensor and take any debris with it.
