Default engine swap

Hello, just checking to see if the 2.4 in my 02 Camry is interchangeable with the 3.0 V6 engine. I have the overheating issue and loosing coolant so, guessing I have the head bolt issue. 119k on engine and always maintained and been using a quart of oil at about 2000 miles last few years. Car in great condition. I just don't want another 2.4l engine going back in if I can put the V6 in. Thanks in advance!

Can be done but a LOT of effort. Engine, trans, axles, wiring, computer, radiator and more. If going this route find a V-6 donor car of the same year.

Given the number of 4-cylinders needing repair, third party kits are available to repair the block threads. Its now a common DIY repair.
