Default 1992 Camry rear brake locks up

I've enjoyed this site and read things that I was able fix my problems after finding them on here.
My 92 has anti lock brakes. It was involved in a minor accident that damaged some of the wires on the front of it. The repairs were made and I reconnected them and the anti lock light stays on in the dash. What seems to happen is the right rear brake will lock up if you hit the brakes hard. I don't see a kinked or mashed line. My question is, should these brakes work like standard brakes if they are disconnected or do they act strange like this while connected or is there a reset for them in the computer section of the car?

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks
