Default 2005 LE & SE suspension differences

What's the difference between the two mentioned above?
What would it take (without any crazy mods) to make the LE handle like the SE?

I like the handling characteristics of the SE but the steering wheel (ask if you must) of the LE.

Stiffer struts, not sure what else.

Toyota has performance parts at their trdusa website or can buy third party. Such as struts and springs, bigger sway bars and an engine compartment strut brace. Tires also make a big difference.

I don't think it would take much, like Joey said.
It will take some $ though!
Also, I'm not 100% sure on this, I believe that the SE does not have fold down seats in the rear (stiffer chassis). Might just be a 6th gen thing though.
