Default Brakes

Just did my front brakes on my 89 Camry for the first time. I've done many other brake jobs on other cars but never this one. After replacing it sounds like there is something dragging or scraping against rotor did I miss something or do something wrong?

If the sheet metal backing plate was bent, it can scrape against the rotor and make noise.

I have also had the backing plate contact the rotor before and it could be that. Also check all those little metal shims that the pads sit in. Sometimes they can contact the rotor as well. I suggest you pop off the wheel and spin the rotor to nail down where the actual contact is being made.
