01' V6.


When this bolt was loosened it lowered the cv axle, trying to get it back on center with a jack but it won't tight bolt will also not release. How driving without this bolt?

 

Sounds like that bolt is kinked in there and hung up. I'm sure it is still loose but the weight of whatever it supports is pinching it into place- not letting go and not threading back in.
You are going to have to wrestle with it, trying jacking different points and simply trying to wiggle the bolt head. I think once you find the sweet spot it'll all line up and thread right in, so long as the threads didn't get chewed up.
Driving on it will probably destroy the bolt.
