Default Door fitment compatibility between J-vin and 4-vin

Hey everyone. Apologies up front for being a newbie boomer. Never done this before, so please be understanding and excuse any lack of etiquette.

Can I use a passenger side front and back door from a U.S. 2009 auto trans donor car to install on a Japanese built 2007 Camry Hybrid 4cyl auto trans?

Only viable scrapyard is over 100 mile round trip and my resources are limited, so I want to be sure before risking potentially finding out the hard way.

Thanks everyone!

P.S. When looking for parts, the search asks if it's Japanese or U.S. I'm not picky on functionally insignificant details as long as it fits and the wiring matches for windows and locks.

Toyota doesn't appear to list a different door for USA or Japan. Appears to be the same doors for booth years.

To confirm check for the same Toyota part numbers at an online dealer such as below.

Default Update after going to scrapyard and swapping doors.

Thanks for the feedback and source for part number lookups.

Everything ended up going ok. Everything fit, plugged in, and worked. There is something a bit out of place though, and that's an extra connector on the wiring bundle. It doesn't go to anything that I could find on either door (from donor car or repair car) and it's an 8-pin connector with one unused socket (so, 7 wires going in.)

There are some subtle differences between the two doors, and as suspected, the Japanese one has slightly better build quality.

Specifically, the door position holder between the hinges is fastened differently on the door side, but doesn't seem to be a better or worse design either way. The speaker, however, is noticeably distinct. The Japanese one weighs about twice as much with a beefier speaker magnet and is labeled with the well-known brand JBL, whereas the North American market uses an unlabeled, generic one with a tiny magnet.

A bit more of a subtle difference is with the door handle/lock cables. In the Japanese door, they have a little clip where they snap in to keep them separate and so they won't rattle inside the door. The other only has little sleeves of foam along a short length of each one.

Below, I've included close-up pictures of the mystery connector. Maybe this went to some fancy option on a higher trim level (?)

Great post.

Given the doors are also different years, do you think the quality differences might also be due to the later year having a lower quality?

Default Differences in quality vary by year?

I have definitely considered that as it could absolutely be a possibility to account for the differences observed. The one variable I haven't accounted for is the different years from parts sourced domestically or foreign, so, if given the chance, I will compare the innards of a 2009 *Japanese* and 2007 *American* door to see if any designs remain consistent. Luckily, everything bolted in place just fine regardless of the minor variations.
