Question No Power in Cabin and Won't Crank

I have an 04 Camry I4 and my alternator went bad and I replaced it, but when I replaced the alternator, I forgot to connect power to it. I had reconnected the battery and forgot to redisconnect it and I ended up shorting the top connection on the alternator while bolting it down.
Now I have little to no power in the cabin and the only things that come on are the seatbelt warning and the check engine light.
Here's a list of what I've noticed doesn't work:
1.Automatic seat adjustment won't move
2.Stereo does not turn on
3.Windows won't roll down
4.No door chime

Hears a list of what I've done:
1.New battery
2.Newish starter and starter relay
3.Replaced most of the fuses that relate to starting and such

The owners manual may have info on fuse box locations.

Check the HIGH amperage fuses. The 100 amp ALT fuse is inline between battery and large wire that bolts to the alt. This fuse is much larger then the blade fuses that push into the fuse box. These large fuses bolt to the fuse box from behind the board and DO NOT PULL OUT! There is a window on these fuses to check for a melted fuse element.

The internet would have videos on replacing these large fuses. Toyota calls them a High Current Fuse or fusible link.

Fuse is in fuse box in engine compartment left side. Box also has a number of relays, plus some smaller push in fuses. There is a 60A fuse next to the 100A fuse.
