I have a 2002 toyota camry 2.4L , engine cranks over , no start . checked for any codes with scanner , no codes . pulled spark plug and checked for spark when cranking engine over good spark . pulled electrical plug from fuel pump , checked for voltage , no 12 volts at plug . checked efi fuse , it was good , swapped efi relay with horn relay , still no power at plug when ign key in on position . swapped opn relay with the horn relay , still no voltage . I am lost on what to do next !! any advice is greatly appreciated !! thank you .

 

Pump will only run when engine is cranking.

Jump start the pump. +12v power wire at pump is black/blue, negative is white/black.
