Default 2010 SE no rear 12V outlet

I just bought a 2010 SE V6, and with a child I really need a 12V outlet in the back seat. I am thinking of installing one in the rear of the console, along with possibly a 300W inverter and 120V outlet back there as well for laptops, etc. Has anyone done this yet, any pictures / guides? I know how to do it electrically, just hoping that someone can tell me there is room behind the panel before i rip it all apart and discover there isn't.

did you ever do this? How did it work out? Looking at adding 4 outlets to my 09.

Thumbs up Isnt there a pocket...

on the back of the center console? Where there would be air vents on an XLE? Seems like that would be the perfect place to fit a panel for two to four outlets or two outlets, 2 USB and 2 mini plug outlets...
