Default 03 camry dies (lighting issue?)

I have an electrical issue with my 2003 camry SE (2.4 2azfe auto trans made in Kentucky). I tested battery, starter, and alternator all tested fine. I can be driving down the road just fine, but once I turn on my lights my right turn signal and brights indicator with be solid and dim. It will drive fine like this and intermittently go back to normal, but always returns if the lights are on. Also pre lights my wipers work fine. Then when headlights are turned on the wipers either stop where they currently are at or move at a snails pace. If you turn the lights off they will cycle again. While doing all of this the engine will still run pretty normal. Rarely will it shut off, however. If I try and turn on the bright lights with normal lights on almost every time the car will die. Should I just start with a new multifunction switch? I think I have all my grounds hooked up correctly. Could I have a bad tensioner? If needed I can go record the problems and post a video

Okay so I found my issue. (At least I think so, it didn’t do it again in the short 10 minute drive I went on but normally it would by then.) there are 2 ground wires behind the fuse block I forgot about, They were loose. If anyone runs into this issue after messing with their fuse box this could be your issue.
Two ground wires shown in the middle of the photo. In the dark area (sorry)
