I have a 2.2l 94 Camry that just recently won’t turn on. When I turn the key the car sounds like it wants to start but is missing something. I’ve first checked for spark from the ignition coil and there was no spark. I bought a new one and still won’t work. I checked to see if there was power to the ignition coil and there is. Still no spark. Wondering if it could be a bad crankshaft sensor, cam sensor, or just a bad ecm.

 

The sensors are inside the distributor.

Got it fixed. I didn’t think it would be the distributor because I just replaced it with a new one 3 months ago. Ended up being the distributor. One of the screws from inside the distributor got unscrewed and destroyed the internals of it. Put a new distributor and now car runs perfect.
