Blower Motor Starting To Go?
The blower does not seem to work until I turn it up to speed 3. Plenty of heat and A.C. come out , but I can't hear or feel the motor until I turn it up. The cabin air filter is new and clean.

The old heater blower design used resistors to vary blower motor voltage and RPM. If this resistor pack failed the blower would only work on the highest speed.
The newer design used variable speed blower motor controlled by electronics not resistors.
