Default a/c doesn't work on 2005 Camry 4 cyl 1.5 L

The a/c controls don't work at all, except for the recirculation button and the defrost button. there is no power to the clutch and the clutch works when wired to the battery. checked every single relay and fuse related to the a/c according to the Haynes repar manual and everything works. switched the controls for one known to be working and same thing happened. My a/c doesn't work at all. The blower doesn't work at all in any of the speeds, but when wired the blower to the battery, it runs perfectly. the temperature selector does nothing. inspected wirings and plugs for nicks or brakes and nothing was seen. It has 100 psi of freon in the system with the a/c off and an outside temperature 70 degrees. Please, Help!

100 lbs on the low side?

Manual or automatic climate system?

You checked the heater fuse and fusible link?

Check your air filters. I had my A/C not working on My camry 2003 and when I changed the air filters it started working perfectly. The green light kept blinking.
