The DLRs on my 2016 Camry turn off when the headlights are on. I have also bought some add-on DLR/sequential indicators for my 2016 Camry that stick to the headlights. I would like to install them so that they stay on all the time, but I am not sure how to go about this. I have thought about tapping into the turn signal/DLRs wiring behind the front guard, but it seem very hard to get to. Is there a way to tap into the wiring harness in the engine bay.

Install a solid state relay that energies when the lights are on. Keep in mind the light switch may work by grounding the negative wire and completing the circuit. As in the light is hot but the switch controls grounding the negative terminal..

Tap into a ground wire of the headlight where when the light is grounded the relay solenoid is also.
