Default 1998 Camry Shift Selector and other problems after dead battery is recharged

Forgot to turn off the headlights and drained out the battery. After recharging the battery, engine can be started but the Shift Selector cannot be moved out of Parking position;
all the indicator lights includingthose on the instrument panelcannotcome ON;
and the power windows and power doors won't work either.

Anybody has any idea what's going wrong here? Appreciate any suggest or advice.

Thanks.

You may have blown a fuse(s).

Check Cig, ECU-IG, Stop, Door, Power and fusible links such as AM1, and Alt.

Location in the plastic fuse boxes drivers side engine compartment, also fuse boxes behind drivers dash near where you left knee would be,

etcMy 2000 Camry was doing the same thing and it is actually a design flaw in my opinion by toyota. It is the wiring harness that is attached to the truck lid. It has pinched or severed or damaged these will have to be replaced, followed by checking the fuses inside the car
