Default HELP- I can not find a fuse

I just got a super nice 94 Camry LE-75,000mi.-from my mother in law. The power windows and door locks did not work so I put in a new combo window/door lock assembly and the windows/door locks still do not work. I used a test light and found no power to the new assembly. I was told there was a 30amp fuse behind the coin tray. I could not find it. I called a buddy and he said "the fuse is in there-look harder". Can someone tell me where that fuse is and how to get to it. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks---Rod

Try the right upper side of this panel. Note the 30A fuses bolt on and does not plug in.

My buddy came by and I showed him the fuse panel behind the coin tray. He pulled a panel from beneath the steering column, then pulled the a/c duct work in front of the fuse panel. Dang there was a lot more fuse panel back there . He reached in there and unplugged a 30amp fuse. We replaced it and everything worked. Did not see any fuses that were bolted in. Thanks for the info.
