Ok guys and gals.. I just recently was given a 2000 Toyota Camry that is in remarkable shape. Has some minor issues like the Idle Air Control Valve is sticking. Know how to fix that. What I am running into is this. My low beam headlights work just fine. I can even flash the lights when they are in the off position. The auto lights work as they come on when it is dark out. I do not however have the DRL (Daytime Running LIghts) or high beams working. The DRL's do not come on at all and the high beams do not work. The stalk engages into position when put into high beam mode though. No blue light on dash either, Fuses are good along with the bulbs, I did switch the Headlight relay between the DRL fuse box and the main engine fuse box and nothing happened, Fuses are good as well. Could it be the smaller relay in the DRL box labled DRL Relay #3 I think or is it the Dimmer relay that is the first one in the DRL fuse box and is black? Any ideas or suggestions would be be most helpful... And yes I did look through the forum to see if there was anything like this, and some similar but they did not solve my issue.
You mean the 5 amp fuse? That was good. I swapped the relay that is the same as the headlight relay. Did not do the dimmer relay yet or the smaller relay in the front fuse box. Hoping to get to the junkyard this weekend.
This is where I am at. I replaced all the relays and checked all the fuses and still nothing. I did notice if I flashed the high beams the low beams are the ones that flash. I can only do this with the lights in the off position. So it might be the integration relay you mentioned. Second, there is a red led light on my dash right next to the dimmer switch. It looks to be a factory installed as it fits perfectly into the dash. Could this be a possible reason for no high beams? Or could the stalk be bad and is not activating the high beams. Heck not even the blue light on the instrument cluster comes on. What's this red LED light for??

The Black Relay Is Actually A Resistor That Voltage passes through to make the other Light relays work.
