I have a 2007 camry v4 gas, I put new plugs in it new Coils, a new 02 sensor and a maf sensor. Its still giving a code for o2 sensor lean, the mass airflow sensor. We had it hooked up to a code reader and the voltage was way off. Sitting at idle had high voltage and the voltage for the mass airflow seemed to be consistent eith the o2 bank 2 sensor. When the car is driving after it gets warm it starts to shake and jerk, no power like I'm out of gas. It has died once. Any ideas?

Code P0420 is usual a bad converter. It has happened the converter is plugs up. A vacuum gauge can show if the exhaust system is plugged.

 

Agree with Joey, usually a cat, especially if the o2 sensor has been replaced.
