Default Idling at very low RPM

Hi Guys,
I have a 2003 Toyota Camry 2.4L. I noticed that my car was idling at very low RPMs. Its dropping so low that it feels like its going to die... What could be the problem... Earlier today, I was checking the Air Filter and I found that my Air filter wasnt really bad / clogged so i just dusted it out and put it back in..I also found a lot of dust and dried leaves inside the air filter box below the air filter. So I also removed a lot of that dirt. But now when I turn it on, the engine idles really low... What could have gone wrong. Any suggestions??

Do an internet search on cleaning the MAF sensor and throttle bore. Engine type is 2AZ-FE. Use only an intake air cleaner spray safe for plastics.

After cleaning reset idle. Do this by removing the ETCS and EFI fuses and waiting 5 minutes then put fuses back in.

Hold throttle plate closed then have someone turn ign switch to ON and quickly release the throttle plate. Reinstall intake hoses and allow engine to idle for for a few minutes.

My 2009 Camry was idling fine till I change my engine oil, gearbox oil, spark plug, ignition coil, air filter and throttle body cleaning. After all this actions, I hook up scan tool to reset throttle body information and since then it is idling lower then before. Tired the on off on off and unplugging battery method, but it is still idling between 500 to 750. How can I increase my idling RPM?

There is NO way to manually set or manual input electronically the idle speed yourself. The engine computer sets idle RPM. The throttle is electric. Driving the car for a time may have the computer relearn idle RPM.

One can disconnect the battery but the ECU will force the a relearn of idle bu it may take driving.

Youtube has video's with various procedures that might help the ECU relearn idle speed faster.

Will tuning the ECU improve the idling?
