Question Motor mounts in my U.S.-built 2007 Camry SE 4-cyl 2.4L 2AZ-FE.

I didn't think I was a dumb person, but I can't get my head around the 3 motor mounts in my U.S.-built 2007 Camry SE 4-cyl 2.4L 2AZ-FE.

It failed inspection because I had a bad front motor mount.

Being ****-retentive, I wanted to understand what motor mounts were present and convince myself I was replacing the correct one.

I finally did convince myself that the front motor mount was behind the radiator on the LH side about 9 inches away from the battery until the sales rep at Summit Racing insisted the front motor mount on the right side. This destroyed my confidence and sent me looking to figure out how I could have misunderstood the location.

Using the diagram below, can someone:
  • Confirm that I have properly named the two side mounts and have the correct Toyota part number for each side mount, and
  • Confirm that I have properly named the front motor mount and identified which of the part numbers is (are) the correct Toyota part number?
Thank you very much!

Do you physically know which mount was deemed bad?

Suggest you go to an online Toyota parts vendor, enter your VIN, then search for engine mount.

See link below:

Note the mount may be different for the hybrid. Input your VIN.

Per Rockauto the mount below is a "front right mount".

Joey,

With your help, I am sure it was the Front Motor Mount, a.k.a., Automatic Transmission Mount (Front), Toyota Part Number: 123610H100 that caused me to fail my inspection and I am about to order an aftermarket equivalent.

Thanks for all your help.
