Default 2008 Camry Top motor mount question...

Hi. I have a friend with a 2008 Camry that he recently had Motor mounts replaced at a shop. Car developed a bad vibration at Idle. He brought the car to a friend of ours, and he jacked up the front end, put the car on jack stands, removed the front tires and wheels, and unbolted all mounts from the engine, He then jacked the motor up about one inch, then lowered the engine down. The top mount, as well as the right side (front of motor) and left side (rear of motor) all lined up with the bolt holes. The front mount (left side of engine, on front end of car bolted to cross member) showed the holes out of position by over a quarter of an inch. I noticed that on the top mount, their is a mounting bolt, on the front side of the top mount, which appears to be an adjustment bolt? Is that, in fact, what it is?

Engine mounts should bolt right up.
