Rough idle

Default Rough idle

So after drive my car around for a while and it comes up to temperature and I turn it off when I try to start it back up it will not idle and even kills it self

Year of car and engine type?

Check ETC sensor and IAC valve (if the engine has one).

Read up on cleaning the IAC valve. IAC controls idle speed.

Also check for vacuum hose leaks.

A bad ETC can also cause issues.

Or a crank/cam sensor.
