Default Video - 94' camry 2.2 engine noise - bearing?

Hi guys. If ya'll can take a minute to listen, insight and suggestions appreciated. Sounds like it's behind the exhaust manifold in the block somewhere but could be under the valve cover (screwdriver method). I'll pick up a proper stethoscope soon and update, but accessories area was pretty quiet. Father's car with 131k original.

Searched around but didn't find anything similar sounding.

Sounds like something powered by a belt.

Use a section of rubber hose as a stethoscope.

Check A/C compressor, alt and PS pulley bearings.

Check for noise under timing belt cover.
