09 Camry low beams not working
The low beams on my 09 Camry both stopped working within a few days of each other. When I try to turn them on, the right one will occasionally work for 20-30 seconds but then it goes out. It might flicker on briefly but it only stays for a few seconds. The left one just won't turn on at all. However, when I turn the switch on and take the bulbs out of the assembly, both of them are kind of "on": they are both lit up dimly but that light isn't visible when they're in the assembly. Both bulbs are less than 3 months old. I tried fresh fuses and replaced the headlight switch, neither made a difference. The running lights and high beams both work fine. What else could the problem be?

Check the voltage at the bulb socket ,
Check the high and low beam relays, faulty relay can cause issues (unlikely to be the case , but dont rule it out)
Check your wiring to the bulbs and the relay junction box (most likely)
Check your positive and ground side of the circuit
