2002 Camry high beams

Default 2002 Camry high beams
2002 Camry: Low Beams work, High Beams do not work along with the High Beam Indicator light in car.
Can't pass NC Inspection without it

The car have daytime running lights, if so do these work?

Have you checked all headlight fuses plus DRL fuse?
