Hi all, recently purchased a 2004 Altise for my partner and need to adjust the bonnet (has a slight rattle going over bumps)
i thought there may be adjusters but can not find any

any help is appreciated

 

I'm not too familiar with your set up but you can usually loosen the hood latch release/lock assembly's mounting bolts and then slide up or down a little. There should also be some rubber nipples that protrude up in the front corners under the hood, usually behind the headlights. They look more like bump stops. These can be screwed down or up to snug the hood, ***try this first before messing with the hood latch!*** Also check to make sure the hook on the hood is not damaged.
If you do loosen the mounted bolts, do small increments of adjustment.
