2005 hign beam voltage 10 VDC
You will need this in order for the brights and DRL to work properly. I have a 2006 Camry and had the same issue. This is what I had to purchase. Hope this helps.

I originally had halogen and they were very dim. The voltage supplied to the high beam is not 12 VDC when it should be. I replaced the headlight assembly and changed the low beam bulb to LED. They are sufficiently bright that I might not mess with the high beams any more. I drive with my headlights on all the time so 'daytime running lights' are not an issue. I adjusted the new bulbs in the new assembly and have not had a single high beam reminder from oncoming cars. We no longer have vehicle inspections in Texas so that is not an issue.
My high beams are very dim and the blue light indicator on the dash does not light. All the other lights, front and rear operate normally. I measured the voltage at the socket and it only 10 VDC. The relay has 12 VDC for the coil operation. I have not figured out how to check the voltages on the contacts. Help!
