2007 Camry passenger airbag light on
My 2007 camry passenger airbag light is on.
After started the car the light on for a few seconds and then off if no passenger on the first row passenger side, if there is a passenger the light off for a few seconds and then on for ever. The light doesn't flashing.
what might be wrong ? It's cost a lot to fix this problem?

Is this the light on the dash. might have the words ABS?
Do you have the owners manual? If so determine if the car has a airbag system that disables the passenger side airbag if no one is sitting in the seat. This system may have another ABS light indicating if the passenger side airbag is on or off.
If it is the main airbag light, any troublecodes will need to be read out. You need to find someone with a code reader to do this. Once the codes are known, the problem can be determined.
