Default 2009 Camry Headlights

I have an odd issue where only a few of the head lights on the left side are not responding, and in one bulb the daytime running light works but the night time light is out.

I have replaced all of the fuses within this yellow diamond, but no change.

I suspect that issue is with one of the two fuses in the red square of this fuse cartridge (maybe the one to the right of the square?). These fuses are the ones that look damaged to me.

I would like to pull and replace them but I have never removed these before (they came with the car), and they are really REALLY REALLY in there. I am afraid of breaking the housing by just prying it out with a screw driver, or putting a clamp on it and pulling. Does anyone have any experience with these fuse cartridges? I went through a bunch of YouTube tutorials but no one seems to be touching on these.

Oh they are screwed in from the bottom? Thanks for showing me this. Closest I found was
, and the guy totally skipped by how he got the fuse out.
