Thanks!

So far the cleaning the IAC valve did the trick, have not had any probs since. I do use the spare key.

Even though Its not stalling now.
I still would like to check the ignition switch to rule it out for sure but I cant find any diagnostic charts for properly testing it. Does anyone know where i can find free info for testing and diagnosing the ignition switch circuit?

No sure how to test the switch, it either on or off.

The portion of the ign switch powering the ign system also powers the injectors, fuel pump relay, O2 sensors and a few other items.

If the car stalls check for power at the coils and injectors-Black/Orange wire.

Get the voltage regulator tested first. It sounds like you might have an expanding short in it. it would close if the electrical system cools down, then open back up when it 's been running. Also check all connections to the firing system (plugs, coils, etc.) the same type of short could be present there.

After doing every diagnostic test possible I found the culprit was a bad ECM.

Solution: replaced ECM.

problem solved.

Default Crank shaft sensor or igniter. Mine was igniter. Need one badly

Need igniter. Not crank shaft sensor
