What is the fastest way to and the easiest way to bleed the brakes for a 2006 camry 4cyl? I want to bleed them to see if that will help the soft brakes I have, and 1 more?, if i am replacing the brake pads and the master cylinder. What should I replace first and why? Thank you.

 

If you are replacing the master, I would start there simply because it is higher than the rest of the brake system and you will need to bleed the system after replacing it.
It is always best to bleed the system when replacing brake pads because you will have to compress the caliper pistons to get the new pads into the calipers. Pushing old fluid back into the system can cause issues, sediments like to rest in low places, etc.
Most brake fluids (DOT 3) absorb water and can contaminate the system if exposed to air. Another good reason to drain out the old and add the new.
I suggest starting at the top and working your way down.
