Son's 2003 Camry XLE with digital climate control only blows max heat or max cold, that is you can't regulate temperature blowing from system. I'm thinking the problem is with the blend door actuator. Any suggestions?

 

Air mix damper is in center console under dash. Control arm/motor is on driver side of console. Look under the drivers side of dash at center console for door arm or if automatic there may be a motor to move the arm.
