Would I need to buy wiring harnesses for the '99 stock radio? I couldn't use the same wiring harnesses that are presently in my '95 Camry?

I read somewhere on the forums on a particular thread that from '95 and up all stock radios can be used in any model. There weren't many replies in that thread, so I'm not sure of its legality, but there is always that option.

If the harness fits then yeah go for it use it.... If not that is where installer.com will come in handy. I am not familiar with the Camry radio system since i just got my first camry not to long ago. Now the Fords on the other hand i know little more about since my last truck was a ford.

But yeah if the harness fits in the back of the radio then use it. If not get an adapter it will make life so much easier.
