has anybody ever experienced this prob the car bogs from the start i tried to replace the cap and rotor but still nothing? the guy i bought the car had the timing set all the way to 15 and the factory spec is 10 so i had it adjusted back to factory but now i dont know what else? any suggestions?

 

What about accelerating at speed on the highway, does it bog there as well?
