Default No Power (electric) when turn key to Accessory

Hi, I have an 1993 or 94 Toyota Camry 5spd. I started it yesterday drove a short distance and when I went to restart it 10 minutes later, nothing. The lights work, but none of the accessories work. (Vent fan, A/C, R. WDW. Defrost, Radio, etc. If I roll the car down hill, it starts. The accessories however still do not have power. Any suggestions?

I found the problem. 40 amp fuse next to the inside normal fuse case. I think it was #29 or #30 in the 1993-94 Camry Owner's manual.

Thanks for the followup. If you had an auto transmission the part about push starting would not be have been available for diagnosing the problem. I guess I'll make sure I've got some 40amp fuses.
