starter will turn over if relay is jumped, replaced relays, still no power. all fuses are good. no power to trans shifter, have power to radio fuse.

Did you check the AM1 and ALT fuses?

It appears the starter solenoid circuit has a problem. Plus power to the trans shift lock. The fuses and circuits that power these items also power a lot of other circuits. Besides the shift lock, what works and what does not?

If engine turns over when, assume the start relay, is jumped. Then the relay switch circuit is OK.

The ign switch is two switches gained together. The AM2 circuit (powered by AM2 fuse) powers the AM2 side of switch.

With ign which on check for power at black/red wire of ign coils, cigarette lighter and stop light.
