Default Persistent warning messages

I just got 2018 Camry. The check engine light and alert lights are on. About every 5 seconds, a message on the info screen, that says, "Check Engine light is on. Please see dealer." I clear it using the back button, but 5 seconds later, it pops up again. Is there a way to stop the message w/o turning the check engine light? Thanks!

Try going into settings on the screen and look at the list. Some message types can be disabled.
